A community project being developed by the SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is the My Place condominium residences, which will rise at the South Triangle area of Quezon City in the first half of 2013.

The My Place project targets young members of the workforce who are earning pretty well but has yet to invest in a property to live in because of the expensive tag of purchasing one. But with SMDC's My Place, you can own a condo unit for as low as P7,000/month. Here's how.

1. Buyers will need to fill up a reservation form through a certified SMDC agent, which will confirm the purchase as well as to supply pertinent information.
2. Upon filling up the form, a reservation fee of P25k must be paid. No need for extra documents, all you need is a valid government-issued ID.
3. Upon payment of reservation fee, the agent will immediately book the sale.
4. Buyers will be given their copy of the payment schedule. Monthly payment will start 30 days right after booking of the sale.
5. Post-dated checks based on the buyer's payment schedule must be issued.
6. Contract to sell will be prepared by SMDC to prove buyer's ownership of the property.

My Place is strategically located within reach of transportation facilities and important roads like the MRT/LRT and EDSA. Offices, malls, parks, entertainment hubs and restaurants are also proximately located in the area.
